FROM A RECLUSE TO A ROVING I WILL GO
This was my first collaboration with printmaker Dale Devereux Barker. We realized we had some stuff in common regarding art and how it's made and why it's made, and decided to do something together. This was back in 1993. We thought of the title first, and I went away and wrote a long poem from the title. At the same time, Dale was making images. He then put the two together to make this handmade large-format book.
